Save the Last Dance for Me is a spin-off production which employed a lot of the same creative team and cast, but did not continue the story from Dreamboats and Petticoats. All the cast looked as if they were having a great time, as we were in the audience. It closed on 4 August Unfortunately the only toilets in the theatre were on the ground floor or the floor above the Dress Circle.
